Weekly Trends in Chat, Guided Onboarding

Ask Glystn Chat what's trending this week and get a ranked breakdown of viral topics with engagement data, category labels, and one-click deep dives. Plus, new users now get guided onboarding to help them get started faster.

New: Ask Chat what’s trending this week

Glystn Chat now has direct access to your weekly trend data. Ask “what’s trending?” or “what’s viral on TikTok this week?” and the AI returns a ranked card of up to 25 trend clusters — each with a topic label, viral score, post count, category, and analyst notes. Hover any trend to reveal quick-action buttons that let you dig deeper: ask about hooks, content formats, or which brands are riding the wave. One click sends a follow-up question to the AI with the full cluster context loaded, or jump straight to the trend page for the complete evidence set.

What you can do with it

  • Get a weekly pulse without leaving your conversation. Ask the AI what’s trending and it pulls your latest weekly analysis — ranked by viral score, post volume, or outlier engagement. No need to switch to the Trends page for a quick scan.
  • Go deeper on any trend in one click. Each trend in the card has quick-action buttons — “Hooks,” “Content formats,” “Brands mentioned” — that fire a follow-up question with the full cluster loaded as context. The AI responds with specific examples, creators, and patterns from that trend.
  • Compare weeks. Ask about last week, two weeks ago, or any week up to a year back. Useful for spotting whether a trend is accelerating or fading before you commit creative resources to it.
  • Filter by what matters to you. The AI can narrow results by category or trend type (timely vs. evergreen), so you get a focused view rather than the full firehose.

Also in this release

  • Guided onboarding for new users. First-time visitors now see a brief walkthrough on the Feed and Trends pages explaining how to get the most out of each tool — search strategies, how “Find Similar” works, and how weekly trends connect to custom boards. The tips appear once and won’t interrupt you again.
  • Explore mode for free accounts. Users on the free tier can now browse the Feed and explore weekly trends before upgrading. Campaigns and ListenBoards remain gated, but you can see real content and get a feel for the platform without committing to a plan.
  • Campaign re-scoring reliability. Fixed an issue where re-ranking creators in a campaign could silently fail if some creators didn’t have indexed content yet. The system now filters to scoreable creators before running and surfaces a clear message if none qualify.
