New: Vet & Rank Creators with location, brand safety, and custom criteria

Campaign vetting has been rebuilt from the ground up. Instead of a simple score, you now run a structured three-part pipeline: an optional location gate that filters creators by geography, a brand safety scan that flags risky content across a creator's post history, and custom criteria scoring where you define what matters to your campaign and Glystn's AI judges each creator against your requirements. Results appear as compact ranked rows with score rings, per-criterion match indicators, and expandable evidence — so you can see at a glance who fits and drill into the reasoning behind every score.

What you can do with it

  • Filter by location before you spend credits. Tell Glystn where your creators need to be — a city, region, or country — and it checks each creator's bio, post mentions, and platform signals to determine their location. Creators who clearly don't match are disqualified before any paid vetting steps run, so you only spend on creators who could actually fit.
  • Score creators on the criteria that matter to your campaign. Add as many custom criteria as you need — "talks about skincare routines," "has posted about sustainability," "engages with their audience in comments" — and tag each as Must have, Important, or Nice to have. The AI searches each creator's content, scores them 0–100 on every criterion, and gives you a weighted overall score with evidence quotes you can click through to the source posts.
  • Catch brand safety risks before you partner. The vetting pipeline scans each creator's post history for brand safety flags — sensitive topics, controversial content, and potential risks — categorized and severity-rated so you can make informed decisions. Flagged posts are surfaced with context and evidence so nothing is a black box.
  • Re-run vetting without re-paying. Changed your criteria or added new creators? Subsequent runs only charge for new checks — previously scored criteria, existing location results, and completed safety scans are reused automatically. Adjusting importance weights alone is always free since it's just a re-rank of existing results.

Also in this release

  • Monday email briefing. Every Monday you'll receive a single email summarizing what's new across your campaigns — one briefing per user, organized by campaign section, built from the posts that landed in your tracked search feeds that week. No more per-campaign digests cluttering your inbox; one email covers everything.
  • Week-bucketed campaign feeds. Saved tracked search feeds now organize posts by week instead of showing a flat list. Each week is a collapsible section with the newest week first, and posts within each week are interleaved across your different search terms and platforms so one hot topic can't dominate the page.
  • Creator location on profile pages. Creator pages now display detected location information — drawn from bio parsing, post mentions, and platform metadata — directly under the creator's name. The sidebar layout has also been streamlined with a compact design.
  • Smoother experience after deployments. If a new deployment happens while you have the Chat open, the page now auto-reloads to pick up the latest version instead of showing a blank conversation. Campaign feeds also no longer break when a single tracked search has stale data.
