TikTok Photo Posts, Faster Chat Performance

TikTok photo and slideshow posts now display proper thumbnails across all views — no more blank frames. Long chat conversations are dramatically smoother thanks to message-level performance optimizations.

New: TikTok photo and slideshow posts now display everywhere

TikTok photo posts — the slideshow-style posts with multiple images — previously appeared as blank frames in search results, creator profiles, trend clusters, and campaign evaluations. Now they display proper thumbnails and play inline just like video posts. Behind the scenes, we also rebuilt how all TikTok post previews load: thumbnails are now fetched through a server-side cache that eliminates the intermittent blank frames caused by browser-level rate limiting, so TikTok content renders reliably every time.

What you can do with it

  • See the full picture when evaluating creators. If a creator's content mix includes TikTok slideshows, you'll now see thumbnails for those posts in their profile, in Chat search results, and in campaign scoring views — no more guessing what the blank frames were hiding.
  • Browse TikTok content without blank frames. Post previews across the platform are more reliable. Thumbnails load through a server-side cache, so repeated views serve instantly and TikTok’s client-side rate limits no longer cause intermittent failures.
  • Play TikTok posts inline. Click any TikTok thumbnail — video or photo — to load the full TikTok player without leaving the page. The embed component has been replaced with a lighter, faster one that no longer depends on a third-party CDN.

Also in this release

  • Faster chat in long conversations. Chat messages are now individually optimized so only the message currently streaming updates — the rest of the conversation stays frozen. This eliminates the lag that could build up in threads with many search results and tool responses.
  • Smoother creator profile pages. The post feed on creator pages no longer unnecessarily reloads when unrelated UI elements update, and avatars load lazily with proper dimensions to reduce layout shift.
