Bulk Upload Creator Lists, Smarter Ranking

Import hundreds of creators at once — upload a CSV or paste profile URLs and Glystn builds your campaign list automatically, with real-time progress tracking. Plus, creator ranking now only charges for creators with indexed content and automatically re-scores when you update a brief.

New: Upload a creator list in bulk

Building a campaign with dozens — or hundreds — of creators no longer means adding them one at a time. Click "Upload list" from the Campaigns page, drop in a CSV file or paste Instagram and TikTok profile URLs, give it a name, and Glystn creates your campaign instantly. The platform detects valid creator links automatically, shows you a live count as you paste, and caps imports at 500 creators per upload.

Real-time import progress

After you upload, Glystn verifies each creator against its database in the background. A progress banner at the top of your campaign tracks how many creators have been checked, and each creator card shows its current state — processing, matched, or not found. The page refreshes automatically when verification finishes, so you can step away and come back to a ready-to-use list.

What you can do with it

  • Migrate an existing roster. Export your creator list from a spreadsheet, influencer platform, or CRM and upload it directly. Glystn parses Instagram and TikTok profile URLs from any CSV or plain-text format — no reformatting required.
  • Build a vetting shortlist fast. Paste a batch of creator URLs you're considering for a campaign. Once they're imported, add a brief and rank them all in one click — Glystn scores each creator against your requirements automatically.
  • Know which creators Glystn can analyze. Creators that aren't in Glystn's index yet are flagged as "Not found" so you can see exactly who's ready for scoring and who might need to be re-uploaded later once their content is indexed.

Also in this release

  • Smarter credit usage for ranking. Creator ranking now checks whether each creator has indexed posts before scoring. If a creator doesn't have content in Glystn yet, they're skipped — so you only spend credits on creators that can actually be evaluated. The cost display now reads "up to X credits" to reflect this.
  • Automatic re-ranking when you update a brief. Editing your campaign brief now triggers a full re-score of all creators against the updated requirements — not just the ones that haven't been scored yet. Your rankings always reflect your latest brief.
  • Creator count on the tab. The Creators tab now shows a badge with the total number of creators in your campaign, so you can see the size of your list at a glance without switching tabs.
