Find Similar by Date, Transcripts Front & Center

Find Similar just got more useful. You can now filter similar posts by date so you're only seeing recent, relevant content — not posts from two years ago. And across the board, video posts now lead with the transcript instead of the caption, so you see what creators actually said.

What's new

Date filtering on Find Similar

When you ask Glystn to find posts similar to a link, you can now specify a time range. Ask for similar posts "from the last 30 days" or "since January" and Glystn will filter accordingly. The date filter shows up as a pill in your results so you always know what range you're looking at.

Transcripts over captions

Video posts across chat and the feed now show the transcript — what the creator actually said — instead of the caption. This is especially useful for posts where the caption is generic or emoji-heavy but the spoken content is what makes it interesting.

Richer Find Similar results in chat

Find Similar results now display with a dedicated layout in chat — complete with platform icons, engagement stats, and active filter indicators. Results are sorted by similarity score so the closest matches appear first.

What you can do with it

  • Find what's working right now. Paste a link and ask for similar posts from the last week or month. You'll see what's currently resonating in that style — not just historically similar content.
  • Understand posts at a glance. With transcripts front and center, you can quickly scan what creators are actually saying without clicking into every post. This makes it faster to evaluate content when you're reviewing a long list of results.
  • Track how a content angle evolves. Use date filtering to compare similar posts from different time periods. See how a topic was covered three months ago versus this week — and spot shifts in how creators are approaching it.

Bug fixes & improvements

Fixed an issue where weekly digest emails could fail for certain campaigns due to malformed character data. All digest-enabled campaigns now send reliably. Chat responses are also faster thanks to slimmer data payloads from the search tools.
